Challenge Questions

Q: Where can I find my digital bib?
A: After you have registered, one the website menu click "Support" then "Participant Management". Verify your name is shown. If you are looking to print a digital bib for others you have registered such as a child, click the "+" by "Additional Registrants" then click their name. Once the correct participant is shown, click "Pre-Race Bib" under website menu.

Q: Is there a preset course I must run?
A: No, the challenge is designed to be completed from anywhere and includes an indoor option for runners on a treadmill or paddlers on a rowing machine.

Q: Is there a specific tracking app required?
A: No, this is an honor system. The only person you would be cheating is yourself by failing to complete the required miles. For the sake of the challenge you simply log the miles completed into the race website. However, if you don't have a watch or smart phone app,  we do highly encourage you to use Strava app. We have created a LC200 club to see how you stack up against others. The club can be found here

A: You may only use miles from the time you registered to the end date of your challenge.

    • If you registered prior to the start, you may only use miles from June 1st to August 4th, 2020.

A: For the run/walk you may hike, walk or run. These activates can be done anywhere that is safe to do so including on a treadmill. Ellipticals do not count.

Q: Do my daily steps count?
A: No, challenge miles must be deliberate activities. This mean that your daily step trackers do not count as you must purposely complete the activity for it to count.

Q: May I count activities used for other live or virtual events?
A: Yes, we highly encourage you to support other race directors and events. Mileage you complete for those events is allowed to be submitted for this challenge.

Shipping

Q: When will my finisher award and t-shirt ship?
A: Our goal is to allow as many people to register as possible before placing our vendor orders. Currently we will place those in late July. Once we receive our items from our vendors, we will start to ship to those that have completed the challenge immediately. Those that live in Pulaski County will have an option to pick up directly from us.

Q: Is there any additional shipping cost?
A: No if you live in the lower 48 states, we have factored that into the challenge cost. If you register for outside the lower 48, we will contact you if there is anything additional.
