Step 1: Read about and select from the different challenges below.
Step 2: After you pick your challenge, register by clicking "Sign Up" under the challenge.
Step 3: Complete your activities anywhere during the active period for your challenge.
Step 4: After you complete your daily activity, you log it to the website for the day and your activities will be tracked and progress shown. As you progress you will earn different levels and badges along the way.
Step 5: Keep an eye out for scheduled and surprise micro challenges.
Step 6: Repeat steps 3 through 5 during the duration of the challenge period.

For multisport individuals that want to count not only foot travel but swimming, cycling, paddling and even adventure racing as part of the challenge.
